As the Business Development Director / CQV Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of MASY Group GmbH. Your responsibilities will encompass both business development and project management aspects. Collaborating closely with clients, you will lead efforts in building and nurturing key relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of Qualification and Validation projects. To include:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships.

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and position MASY Group's expertise effectively.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Qualification and Validation projects.

• Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

• Proven track record in business development, preferably in the consulting industry.

• Extensive experience in Qualification and Validation processes, with a background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project success.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
